Triumph TR6 - Clutch MC gunk
I am replacing all the fluids on my TR, and when bleeding the clutch, I noted that the MC has black gunk on the sides. What is this? I have a feeling that it may be my seals rotting up, but clutch pressure and travel seem fine. Travel is about 1/2 to 3/4". Can I just bleed the heck out of the system? ...or should I just rebuild the master and slave cylinders? (I guess the later are easy enough.) Thanks again for all the advice! Ignatius |
