Triumph TR6 - crankshaft pulley question...
In taking off my timing cover I noticed that the crankshaft pulley had 2 seals in the front and back. The front is like new, but the rear shows a lot of wear. It is intact, but looks worn and weathered. I am not looking for problems or more work but can and should it be replaced? I may be incorrect in calling it a seal but in looking at the parts books I can't find them as being replaceable. Thanks! |

The only seal in that area is in the timing cover itself. I can't think of anything in the pulley itself that resembles a seal. Henry |
