Triumph TR6 - Polyurethane bushings/springs/shocks

Hi all.

I am in the process of re-building the front suspension of my '73.

What is the recommended lubrication for polyurethane bushes?

I bought new standard springs (Moss) as I have no idea how old the ones in the car at present are. They appear to be of a heavier gauge steel but are of the same length.
Probably some PO up graded at some point.
My question is, will putting in lighter duty springs change the camber or otherwise affect the steering characteristics, and should I just retain the old springs?

Any suggestions on replacement shock absorbers. Nothing fancy required as the car is only for cruisin' and I have no aspirations to blow away rice rockets.

Regards, Neil.

Neil, I have found that silicone lube works very well for the occasional squeek you get from poly.
